How to access/print Appraisal Institute CE certificates:
Log into your account www.appraisalinstitute.org click on dropdown next to name, my account, education and events then view ce program, print ce certificate.

Note: You must have a valid CT RE appraisal license listed in your account for a certificate to be available to print for Mandatory CT Law class.


Continuing education hours for your 2024 license renewal were due  January 31, 2024 You must have 28 hours of approved continuing education credit hours including the 7 Hour National USPAP and 3 hour 2022 - 2024 Mandatory CT Appraisal Law Course Supervisory/Provisional Education Module.  CE cycle start date - May 1, 2022 

January 31, 2024 deadline was for upload of your 28 hours of CE.  You will not pay your renewal fee at this time.  You will be receiving a notice from the State of CT  in February/March regarding payment which will be due prior to April 30th.   Thank you

CT Real Estate Appraiser - Continuing Education Upload Process

1.      Log into eLicense  https://elicense.ct.gov
Note: if you don't know your user id or password, you can use the "forgot password? forgot user ID?" feature.

2.      Select "License Maintenance" 

3.      Click on "Start" next to the credential for which you would like to upload CE certificates.

4.      Select "Pre-Lic/Continuing Education Classes" from the dropdown list, and then "Next" at the bottom left of the page.

5.      Click "Choose file" and browse to your file on your device.

6.      Click "Upload Document"
Note: you may add more than one file by clicking "Choose file" additional times after uploading previous documents.

7.      Click "Next" and, after reviewing your submittal on the next page, click "Finish" on the bottom of that page. You will receive an email confirmation of your submittal.

Synchronous/Virtual Offerings via Zoom - Participation Guidelines:
Students must have webcam/iphone/smartphone capability to participate and receive continuing education credit. The platform will be interactive and live. The instructor must be able to physically see and interact with all students and students must be able see and interact with the instructor. A copy of your driver's license must be emailed to the Chapter office as verification after you have registered for the offering prior to the offering.  You will receive a separate email from the Chapter with log-in/access information.
